What to expect in your first few weeks
Doctors will attend the following induction sessions within the first few weeks of working at the Trust:
1. Recognise and act
2. IMG Familiarisation – Clinical skills
3. IMG Simulation Day
4. End of Life Care
5. Library Induction
6. Welcome meeting with Dr Ishaq – Trust Lead for International Medical Graduates
7. Careers talk with Dr Goldberg – Director Medical Education.
Once you have commenced your employment with us there will be a minimum 2-week shadowing period.
You will be appointed an educational and clinical supervisor.
