When you enrol on to one of our widening participation programmes, you gain access to experts from the Trust’s friendly Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team.
The team will support you with any application process required to access one of our programmes and will provide you, and your work placement line manager, with on-programme support.
If upon completion of the pre-programme you are interested in applying for a Bank opportunity, or a part time or full-time job role at the Trust, the Apprenticeship and Widening Participation Team will support you with your application and provide you with interview tips and tricks.
