Mariposa International work in support of anyone who is affected by baby loss across the UK and globally, support that is accessed by over 50,000 people each week. One of the things that the charity does is recognise excellence in care, and each year the Mariposa Awards acknowledge the incredible work done by medical staff in the NHS supporting people who had gone through baby loss.
Laura said “I love my job and feel very privileged to support families, care for little ones who others won't get the opportunity to meet and be supported by the most wonderful team….I'm proud of the work the team do”.
Lead Nurse for End of Life Bereavement Care, Jackie Brunton said "We know just how special Laura is and how incredibly hard she works to ensure our families receive comfort and support at the most devastating time. Well-deserved recognition Laura."
We wish Laura well for the awards.
