of your needs by a Healthcare Professional, and remains the property of the
Supplier.
Reassessment of your need for the Specialist Bed / Mattress will be carried out
by a Healthcare Professional at regular intervals.
General information about the Specialist Bed / Mattress:
If you have an electronic Specialist Bed / Mattress, please ensure that it is left
plugged in at all times.
1. Please do not under any circumstances move the Specialist Bed / Mattress.
2. Please ensure that the brakes on the Specialist Bed are secured at all times.
3. Please do not smoke, by any method, in or around the bed.
4. Once the bed is no longer in use, please ensure it is in a clean condition in
preparation for collection.
