Useful information for professionals:

When attending CHS clinics, it is advisable to attend in smart casual dress as clinicians and staff do not wear Uniform, adhering to the Trusts dress code.

Please wear your ID.

Tea and coffee are provided but meals will need to be brought or purchased by yourselves.

There is no café at St Annes, Fleetwood or Cleveleys.

When arriving at the designated clinic for your observation / SPOKE day please ring the appropriate number from the list above and you will be met at the door or reception.

You will be given a short housekeeping induction (where the fire escapes are, toilets and all facilities you require) if you have any special requirements please inform us on booking your observation day.
