SilverCloud is an online programme that is designed to help you learn techniques to overcome symptoms of low mood and anxiety.
If our online programme is suitable for you, we will set you up on the system and then you’ll have instant access to the support you need. One of our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners will act as a supporter, monitoring your progress throughout your programme. They can then provide guidance, encouragement, and regular reviews. You share your content with your supporter, which allows them to respond to you in a more personal way and offer additional guidance that is relevant and beneficial to you.
The software has state of the art technology, and includes easy to follow programmes with:
- Video clips
- Interactive quizzes
- A journal
- Audio guided exercises
SilverCloud is a flexible programme, that you can access anywhere, and any time, whether at home, work or elsewhere. This can be particularly helpful for those who work, or who have difficulty getting out of their home for other reasons, e.g. physical health problems, looking after children.
You will need to have an email address and access to a computer / laptop, or smartphone.
The idea of this programme is that you can work at your own pace, with regular reviews from your supporting practitioner who can help to guide and motivate you through the programme. It consists of evidence based techniques which are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach, recognised to have a positive impact on low mood and anxiety.
